01

What this site collects

The project chat stores its draft conversation and enquiry details locally in your browser. RaviLabs does not receive that draft automatically.

When you choose the email handoff, your email application opens with the project summary. Information is transmitted only if you send that email.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, production credentials, confidential customer records or regulated personal data through the chat.

02

How information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, understand potential project scope and maintain necessary correspondence.

RaviLabs does not present submitted information as a client relationship, testimonial or public case study without separate approval.

03

Third-party services

The site may link to external profiles such as GitHub, LinkedIn and Upwork. Those services apply their own privacy terms when you visit them.

Email delivery and abuse-prevention providers may be configured later. This notice should be updated when those production services are enabled.

04

Questions and deletion requests

You can clear the local chat draft with the restart control. For an enquiry already sent by email, contact RaviLabs to ask how it was handled or request deletion.
